Latest Release
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Current build
Only the current shipping build of Kyvenza is distributed. Older installers are removed so that no one is running a version with a known security or stability issue — fixes only land in new releases.
Your Pro license is a Perpetual Fallback License: the version you are already running remains yours to use indefinitely, even if a newer build falls outside your "Updates Until" date. Renew or extend your license to move to the latest build. If you need to reinstall a covered version you had been running and no longer have the installer, email support@kyvenza.com.
Available builds
Kyvenza 1.4.0
Released 2026-08-17
- Bridged networking: a VM can now take its own address directly from your router, so other devices on the network can reach it. Switch it under Network in the VM configuration.
- Bridged networking needs a wired interface. Over Wi-Fi the guest usually cannot get an address, which is a limitation of wireless networks themselves, so the app warns you when a wireless interface is selected.
- Stability and reliability improvements across the virtualization engine.
Installation notes
- Builds are signed and notarized with the Kyvenza Developer ID. Gatekeeper should accept them without prompting.
- Updating in place preserves your VMs and settings — the app bundle replaces the previous one.
- Virtual machine storage format is stable across the 1.x line. Crossing a major version boundary may require migration — see the release notes of that major.
